Terms and Conditions for Appointment Booking System Services

By engaging with AvinyaBookings ("we," "us," "our"), you ("client," "you," "your") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the provision of our Appointment Booking System, including website design, development, management, and related services.

1. How to Place an Order

To begin, complete the Contact Form with your business details.

Setup Timeline:

• Individual Plan: Same-day delivery

• Business Plan: Delivery within 10 business days

After setup, your system can be updated at any time based on your needs:

• For the Individual Plan, changes will reflect on the booking page within 48 hours.

• For the Business Plan, you will have direct access to update the booking page at your convenience.

Ownership access and tutorial guides will be shared upon request once the setup is complete.

2. Payment Terms

• No Monthly Charges: We do not charge recurring monthly fees unless additional features or the Business Plan are selected.

• Annual Domain Renewal: Domain names require an annual renewal fee (typically ₹1000–₹2500, paid to domain registrars).

• Extra Features: Requests for new features, pages, or service updates start at ₹299 and vary depending on complexity.

• No Hidden Charges: Regular technical updates are free. Only new feature requests are chargeable.

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Please ensure all doubts are clarified before making a payment.

Payment Requirements:

• Individual Plan: 100% upfront payment via UPI

• Business Plan: 50% advance payment via UPI to initiate the project

3. System Ownership

AvinyaBookings retains ownership of the booking system's structure.

4. System Management & Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete business details for setup and updates.

• For the Individual Plan, we manage content updates, service listings, pricing, branding, and contact details based on your input.

• Client data is kept private and secure. We do not share or sell any information.

5. Service Plans

Individual Plan Includes:

• Free custom domain (1st year)

• No monthly or renewal fees

• Free lifetime hosting

• Unlimited bookings

• Same-day delivery

• Standard layout and customer support

• Email notifications, integrated payments, Google reminders, rescheduling, and cancellations

Business Plan Includes:

Everything in the Individual Plan, plus:

• Priority customer support

• Ownership rights

• Admin dashboard access

• SMS & WhatsApp notifications

• Refund features, package sales, and automated invoices

• Custom fields, branding, design, and multilingual support

• Coupon codes, off-days, before/after gallery

• Full calendar sync and payment gateway integration

6. Domain & Hosting

• By default, AvinyaBookings purchases and manages your domain name.

• Alternatively, you may purchase your own domain and share nameservers for integration.

• Hosting is included free of charge in both Individual and Business Plans.

• If the domain renewal is skipped, the website will become inaccessible, although it may remain indexed on Google.

7. Service Limitations

• No recurring charges for Individual Plans unless extra services are added.

• Free technical maintenance updates are included.

• Additional features and major changes are billable based on the scope of work.

8. Non-Renewal, Transfer, and Termination

• If the domain is not renewed, the booking system will go offline until it is renewed.

• Due to platform dependencies, the booking system cannot be transferred to another host.

• Ownership access to the booking page can be delegated to clients upon request.

AvinyaBookings reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if:

• Payments are overdue.

• The client behaves abusively or unprofessionally toward our team, particularly female staff, in violation of our service ethics.
